Creating an Agent

To create an agent:

  1. Log into your CallAI dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Agents from the side menu.
  3. Click Create New Agent.
  4. Select the channel (Voice, WhatsApp, or Omnichannel).
  5. Provide an initial prompt describing the agent's persona and constraints.
  6. Link your configured Knowledge Base for precise answers.
